ritual 1 ~ Super Simple
This is your most basic skin ritual.
It's the routine I lean on when I'm short on time and know I'll feel better after taking two minutes to care for my skin!
Less than two minutes. Only two products. Let's go....
- CLEANSE - grab a cotton ball or small reusable makeup pad. Spray it with your toner 3 or 4 times. Rub it around the face to remove excess dirt.
- BALANCE - Now spray the toner around the face to prepare the skin for what's next.
- MOISTURIZE - apply your oil or cream lovingly.
That's it!
ritual 2 ~ Skincare is Self Care
My morning routine. This is the routine I do 98% of the time. It takes a few minutes and leaves me feeling radiant and fresh!
- CLEANSE - a small scoop of body butter, softened into your palms. Rub around the face for a minute or three. This is called an oil cleanse. It draws excess oils and dirt OUT of the skin while helping your skin retain all the good oils and nutrients in needs. Wipe away with a warm (or slightly cool) wash cloth.
- BALANCE - A few refreshing sprays of Chamomile Aloe Toner, a big breath and a smile (I can't not smile when I use this spray).
- MOISTURIZE - apply the face oil or cream lovingly. Slow drags down the neck and chest for lymphatic drainage. Gentle upward circles with some extra TLC around wrinkles and fine lines. Remember our skin was made to move! Don't be afraid to play!
ritual 3 ~ I've got all the time in the world
It's Sunday night, you're heading to bed early, but first, let's care for that beautiful skin that helped make this weekend so fun and productive!
CLEANSE - body butter oil cleanse: a small amount of unscented body butter, softened in your palms, rubbed around the face for a few minutes. Draw out dirt. Eliminate excess oils. Wipe it all away with a warm wash cloth.
EXFOLIATE face mask: a few shakes of Flower and Clay Cleanser into your hand and just enough water to form a paste. Rub it around, maybe leave it on long enough to dry (I love a lengthy face and chest mask in the bath) then wipe it away with a warm wash cloth.
MOISTURIZE - herbal oil cleanse: I'll reach for my yarrow or chamomile or lavender infused oil to repeat another luxurious oil cleanse, this time bringing in the flower power. Remember: This process removes what the skin doesn't need while replenishing what it does.
CLEANSE - toner wipe: I'll wipe excess oils away one more time with toner on a reusable makeup pad.
BALANCE - toner spray: now spritz the toner around for the grand finale.
MOISTURIZE - face oil: Hello gorgeous. Triple C Face Oil, everywhere. Behind the ears, along the hair line, down the collar bones, over the lips. Radiant era activated.
