Most commonly this face toner is used during face rituals. Spritz it onto your face prior to moisturizing with face cream or face oil. I always suggest applying the face cream or oil to a damp face (note: damp not dripping) to increase absorption. You can spray the toner directly onto a cotton pad and apply it to your face that way as well.
Extra cleansing power: spray onto cotton pad and rub around face after oil cleansing, as a double or triple cleanse (if you also used the clay cleanser).
After sun spray: This is my favourite thing to spray on my face after being in the sun. Get that aloe on your face and support your skin's healing abilities.
Balance: after a great run, a hot yoga class or training session, spritz this on your face to cool and calm the skin.
