It’s hard to tell this product story because the first time I attempted to make a zinc cream, I felt helpless. My son was reacting to literally everything I put on this skin. I couldn’t use sunscreen. I honestly felt like I was failing as a mom and didn’t know how to support my son. I read a few blogs and scrolled through some zinc oxide + skin research and figured I had nothing to lose. This cream was the answer to my prayers. Somehow, by the grace of God or some higher good, I made something that helped (more than harmed) my son. Back then it was a much simpler formulation. I had half the zinc, no calendula or raspberry seed oils. But when I knew I was going to bring it to market, I wanted to amplify my simple recipe into something really truly healing.
