For Daily Cleansing & Exfoliation:
Splash a few drops of water into your palm, then shake in some powder. Mix into a creamy paste (watch the color bloom!). Massage gently onto damp skin, then rinse with warm water.
For Weekly Masking:
Blend with honey (or yogurt, or floral water) and apply as a mask. Let sit for 10–15 minutes while the plant magic does its thing.
One shake in your hand with a couple of drips of water will create just enough to act as a spot treatment for one-off blemishes. If you don’t want a full facial but do want to suffocate acne before it flares up, try this. The cleanser will dry and tighten the area that’s gathering oil without impacting the rest of your glowy skin.

I feel body scrubs are unnecessary and overpriced because they’re literally so easy to make at home (coconut oil + sugar OR olive oil + salt). But your face is different! The skin on your face is different and more delicate. Sugar or salt on the face could cause micro tears and those tiny abrasions can lead to tiny scars that might live on your skin forever. SO! I had to do something about the face scrub world. I was seeing too much misinformation and damaging DIY face masks. In short, make your own body scrub, but be more specific for your face. As I recently said to someone who wished the clay cleanser was a little extra “scrubbier”... I live from the philosophy that a gentle approach yields better long term results and more isn’t always better. Around here we keep skincare simple AND effective.
