What if my order total is more than my gift card balance?
No problem! You'll be prompted to choose an additional payment method to cover the remaining balance at checkout. You can also apply multiple gift cards to a single order.
Does my gift card cover taxes and shipping?
Yes, your gift card balance is applied to the total value of your order, including taxes and shipping costs.
Can I use my gift card with a discount code?
Absolutely! Gift cards can be combined with discount codes for additional savings.
How do I check my gift card balance?
You can check your balance by clicking the link in your gift card email, which will take you to your gift card page. Your balance is always shown in CAD.
Can I use a gift card to purchase a subscription?
Gift cards can be used for the initial delivery of a subscription order, but you'll need to add a regular payment method (like a credit card) for future subscription payments.
Can I buy a gift card with a gift card?
Yes. Each gift card expires 365 days after it is purchased.
Do gift cards expire?
We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
